What's Covered
This document warrants that should a defect in workmanship, related to the work completed by ADL Roofing, occur within 10 years of the project, ADL Roofing will complete repairs within the original project's scope of work at no charge to the customer.
This warranty only applies to portions of the project in which ADL Roofing fully replaced any existing products, and does not cover repairs or services done to another contractor's work. This warranty is void if repairs are performed by any contractor other than ADL Roofing. Defects in building materials are instead covered by the product's original manufacturer warranty.
What's Covered
- Defects in ADL Roofing workmanship
- Repairs completed at no charge to you
- Full roof replacements by ADL
- Work within original project scope
- 10 full years from project completion
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Hail, wind, or sun damage
- Intentional or accidental damage
- Acts of God / insurance claims
- Work by other contractors
- Defects in building materials

Additional Information
Product Warranties
Building materials installed during your project are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty — not this workmanship warranty. We use only premium materials from reputable manufacturers.
Full Replacement Only
This warranty applies only to portions of the project where ADL Roofing fully replaced existing products. Partial repairs or modifications to existing work are not covered.
Warranty Void Conditions
This warranty becomes void if any repairs or modifications are performed by contractors other than ADL Roofing. We must be the sole contractor performing work on warranted areas.
